Unsure of what these bumps are?

Basically I've had these ever since age 12 or so. I'm unsure what these are but they're really small/fine flesh coloured bumps. I've been doing research online but I don't think they're sebaceous filaments or closed comedones. They're really not painful at all. If anybody knows what they are then please could you provide tips on how to get rid?

Pictures didnt upload. It could be KP also known as kerotosis pillaris, for some it goes away on their own and for some they dont. I believe derms will prescribe you tretinoin gel to try to get rid of it. I had KP small flesh colored bumps all over my stomach and it jusy suddenly dissapeared after a few months. Im not saying it will because for some it may linger for a long time. Or the worst case they are indeed closed comedones and theyre going to be inflammed someday. Hope this helps.
