If it is mild, I doubt that you will be prescribed a third course. Have antibiotics worked for you in the past?

I've heard of people doing three courses of Accutane. It just seems extreme. Possibly trying an extremely low dose such as 10 mg a day might be beneficial. I suppose you've also (like most of us) tried all the topicals as well with little results. The best topical I've used thus far is Klaron gel since it dries up those annoying whiteheads.

And, by the way, the fact that you have been on Accutane and your current acne is mild gives a lot of us current users hope. Thank you!
