Are you referring to hyperpigmentation mark/ dark spots? If you are, you can try azelaic acid. Theres also eucerin hyperpigmentation range.

I have tried the home needling kit and it just hasn't worked. I'm still getting the closed condones but it's the scarring that's most embarassing.
