Hi, I just recently got into skin care and have been wondering what type of acne I have so that I can figure out how to treat it. Googling isn't much help.

I get pimples almost exclusively on my chin by my chin crease. Usually above the chin crease and under my lip. They are almost always whiteheads. But it seems weird that I would only get whiteheads. They are usually painful. Occasionally I get whiteheads next to my nostril which aren't as bad. If I manage to drain the whitehead, it still says red for a week maybe. I am wondering if it's cystic acne or just normal whiteheads or other. I also have what I think are milia in the chin crease.
