Drink Water!

Okay so I know that this won’t work for everyone, however it has done wonders to my skin. I never used to drink water (which was bad in many other ways) and I heard that it could improve skin quality. So I tried it out. Below are the pictures before and after one week. I didn’t change anything else that I did, I still wore the same makeup and did the acne.org regimen. Not only did it make my skin noticeably better I feel better overall too.
