IF you get any bumps hematoma stop immediately and massage the area and wait for it to resolve.
Yes Ethnic skin must be watched more closely, This is where prep with retin a / tretinorin / differin and hydroquinone 3 weeks before with a week is so important or you will discolor. Sub causes bruising for everyone so use some makeup while you heal.
