Hey! I just started my accutane journey and I'm wondering 1. how I can tame down my IB? benzoyl? tea tree oil? clindamycin topical? Or leave it alone?
2. How much fat do i need to eat when I take the pill?
3. Please recommend me a good face wash/ and moisturizer! Thank you!
1- Just leave it alone
2- Most recommendations are about 20g of fat, but generally just have it with your main meal of the day and that will be fine.
3- Cetaphil gentle cleanser is great as a wash and I like simple hydrating moisturiser in the day and cerave pm moisturising lotion in the evening.
Just keep things simple and let the accurate work its magic.
