I want fast results to remove hyperpigmentation. I have brown marks that are acne hyperpigmentation. I still have active acne but wanted to sort as much hyperpigmentation out as I can before roaccutane as I know you can’t use peels for a long time after roaccutane.

  1. Should I get a glycolic or salicylic peel?
  2. Or some sort of lasering?
  3. Where is the best place in the London area to get a chemical peel/laser done. Does it have to be done by my actual dermatologist or can I just visit a clinic?                                        My dermatologist said they just want me to start roaccutane and didn’t really listen to me when I said I wanted a peel.

lasers are the best device for skin resurface
however if you have atrophic scarring, like box/ ice pick or rolling, u should look for different approaches like, subscision or fillers to raise  it up before do a resurfacing method

Vascular laser is the best, it has nothing to do with the skin surface just pigmentation, reds, browns, etc... Some get IPL or Photofacials. They do nothing to texture or the skin again, just pigment.

London you would have to find a place by looking at reviews.
