Four days ago, I ordered the Men's kit. I didn't create my account before placing the order and now that I did, I can't check the status of the order and I at least know some number they gave which I assume is my order # or tracking #. I tried tracking it and it doesn't have any information whether the package had shipped. That either means it's something completely different or it is taking very long to ship. Please help me figure out my order status that I cannot see because I had no account.
