@Amp2695 oh yeah? The 600 is the lowest I've seen the spa have it for so far. It's usually 900. So do you think I should do that once before my second sub?
idk you should ask BA. but i think he told me that would be fine as long as you do it 3 months later, idk i would ask him.

Just quickly read through this, but awesome progress.   I'm not sure what you are deciding with filler, but if they truly are very superficial now, I would probably do a finer filler than Sculptra.   Sculptra is more for revolumizing wide areas of volume loss  / sunken cheeks.  It might be too unpredictable if used superficially since who knows how aggressive of a immune response your body mounts to the sculptra.  You don't want lumps.   Btout perhaps Dr. Rullan knows how to fine tune it so you avoid those lumps.

Reading all the great stories about Rullan makes me wish I could go back in time and started my journey with him.  Top notch guy all around.

@dazzed I agree. He is amazing. I really think the suctioning worked wonders though, so if and when I get fillers it will probably be after an infini treatment or two to postpone anymore invasive type of treatments and for money. Lol. Have you had any experience with a jessner tca combo peel as I think I'd like to get a deeper type tca in office combined with jessner. I actually have both of them at home but for a deeper layered peel I'm too afraid to do it myself. I can do lighter ones on my own though as I have in the past.

@beautifulambition the renew spa that was mentioned earlier has a special for the gold plated radio frequency microneedling for face and neck right now for 600. Do you think it would matter how deep they really go as far as helping me. My scars after subcision are so surface oriented now and pretty shallow. Do u think itd be beneficial despite an acne scar specialist using it for that purpose and just getting it done for collagen build up period? Like do you think it would help no matter what at this point? This spa has a great rep and is the first to bring radio frequency microneedling to the area. I'm just nervous they could do harm for the improvement I have so far which I think is pretty tremendous at this point. Also would it have a bad effect on the hematomas? They are getting smaller.

The red area is an area that was missed by the doctor. The top and bottom left are from today. I am showcasing my side that had the worst scarring.

It has been 6 weeks and 3 days from date of procedure

Yes I do think rf needling will help you. Remember to space out treatments 3 months apart.

If they are experienced and have done quite a few you should be fine. You can always do a test area of the face and come back for the rest if your concerned. No I don't think it can make your hematomas worse, ... I don't see any. You can always get them injected with steroid if you need.

It's been about 2 more weeks since I've last updated, my collagen is still rebuilding and I think there's been even more improvements as the time goes on. Definitely feeling good about subcision.

Its been forever.  I thought id update. I havent done anything else besides a tca/jessner at home peel a few months ago. Im positive all i will need is one more subcision to satisfy me. I belive the three weeks suctioning afterwards were key. The deeper areas on both cheeks are areas that were missed as you all know. Best wishes to you all. P.S. Dr Rullan is a ROCKSTAR!!!

Congrats on all your success, @Cleopatra88 . I genuinely see a lot of improvement from your first photos.

If you don't mind me asking - I noticed you said you were from Idaho, and Dr. Rullan is in California. How many times did you fly to see him, and did you fly back the same day or stay in California for a day or more to recover? I'm asking because I'm considering visiting a doctor who isn't local, and I am trying to figure out travel arrangements, whether I'll need a hotel, etc.

I’ve heard people head back the same day depending on the procedure, though I’d imagine you’d want to get a hotel at least for a night. Dr rullan is well worth it. I wish I would have started my journey with him!

@JamesTan i have only flown there once and have only had the subcision with microneedling done. I stayed a few days to visit with my grandfather that lived in the area, but i actually flew back home on the same day i had the procedure done. I was with my mother in law, thank god. It was very embarrassing and i needed the support. Lol. Im a shy person though.  I wore giant sunglasses and kept a hood on.
