This topic has probably been discussed on here and I missed it, so sorry. But my questions:

1. How do you choose the right device between Infini, Intensif, eMatrix, etc.?

2. Does the device matter less than the practitioner?

3. For moderate scars (not mild but not severe), is it best to do 3-4 consecutive RF sessions, or intersperse with other modalities (TCA peel and maybe subcision for deeper scars)?

I am strongly considering RF for the first time but my reading of studies on PubMed isn't explaining whether/how to mix RF with other modalities.

Am super confused and frustrated right now.

1. No Need (If it's insulated needles)
2. Yes
3. No you do not peel until last. You alternate with subcision and filler / rf needling. Since the filler lasts longer you will be doing them every 3 months
Dr's will push sooner but this is not healthy as the body takes time to heal.

You sub w/ filler, then you rf needle 2 times, then sub again, then your last rf needling, You Cross Now, and when that filler goes out you do sub again.

Then you do your peels, or sedated deep peel, or fully ablative laser.

The order does not matter as much as the healing time. Your first sub, filler, and rf needling can be closer together as your starting.
