Glycolic acid peel for scars and roaccutane

Recommended Posts

I am planning on starting roaccutane in a couple of months. If I start using AHA 10% Glycolic acid just before I start roaccutane but stop it before I start roaccutane, is that bad? Apparently peels are a no go DURING the roaccutane treatment as it may damage and scar your skin but im not sure if i can use an AHA peel just before i start my roaccutane course. Will the glycolic acid make my skin thin and more prone to damage and scarring from roaccutane? Should I not try a glyycolic peel at home until after i finish roaccutane?
