Small bumps (not pimples) on face

I'm on my 5th week of isotretinoin and lately my face has been covered with these teeny tiny, skin colored bumps. They seem to come and go. Some days I wake up looking like I have some type of rare skin cancer, some days they seem to have vanished completely. No puss comes out of the bumps and they feel like part of the skin texture in a way. It's really hard to explain. My thighs, back and neck also have these bumps.

My skin is also very itchy and gets red easily, but those I believe are just side effects of the drug. I've tried antihistamine and topical corticoids with no luck.

I rarely have problems with acne in general and I'm taking isotretinoin for a separate condition. My dosage is 10mg and 20mg on alternating days.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?
