If i understand the principle, the goal is to cut under the skin to destroy the fibrosis band
but the skin can recreate fibrosis band and can create more fibrous band than before no,if you cut healthy skin no ?

That's how it supposed to work, at least in theory. Collagen production kicks in with the fibroblast, thereby elevating the depressed pit.

But subcision can potentially ruin your face should the doctor be negligent and poke too deep into the fat layer, which can lead to fat atrophy, or worse, cut major blood vessels.

Your skin usualy starts to look worse before it looks better, think its more due to micro swelling making your skin look nice and then it gos and scars come back giving impression its worse.then you heal and at around week 4 you notice your skin is healing and looking nicer (usualy)

This OP needs filler, look at the post history. I have even advised him privately about his issue based off the pictures.

I can give you a plan PM me.

Yes, like any surgical medical procedure there are risks- these include infection, and most commonly seromas or haematomas. If these are treated early, good outcome. If not, they may become encapsulated, then fibrotic, resulting in a lump. Reattachment as BA mentioned can occur. NOKOR is an 18 G needle- that a huge blade... so yes, there are risks. More extensive NOKOR, more risks. A good Specialist will always warn you of the risk, may start with more gentle subcision and then increase the intensity and extent of subcision. By intensity I mean the levels. Some perform one plane (level) subcsion, others may require multilevel - depending on where the scars attach. Extent means area treated. More extensive, more levels = higher chance of hitting a blood vessel= haematoma.

I just had a subcision procedure (4 days ago) with NOKOR 18 G needle and i am either left with seromas or haematomas. Right after the procedure i was left with very big lumps/swellings in both cheeks and they are purple, i am not only left with these purple seroma/haematomas but i the areas the NOKOR 18 needle cut are straight lines that are swollen. So i am almost certain he hit at least some blood vessels. Do you think i should worry about seroma which will leave my face with scars? I am truly concerned and i seriously do not think i am exaggerating.

Incepticon, isn't that normal? Was it your first subcision? What areas did you have treated?

No worries. Seroma/hematoma is just blood clotting under the skin. This is actually good. It's like getting a free PRP injection. ^_^ There won't be any scar thouogh. However, you should keep your skin moist. If you also didn't get fillers, then start cupping after one week as alluded by others earlier.
