Feeling alone (even within acne community) because of permanent acne scars

Hi, does anybody feel the same as me?

I'm 23, I'm black. exactly a year ago (january 2017) I honnestly had an aesthetics skin, with small unoticeable scars. I had the luck to love my face (without being narcissist and focused on looks).

Unfortunately a year ago, I had the most horrible breakout I ever seen on any people.

But it wasn't regular acne. It was infection on both my cheeks, with scabs being created after the apparition of every pimple.

So I went to see a dermatologist, unfortunately he couldn't do anything and every scab let a serious red scar...(letting me kindly understood that as a black-skinned guy, it would probably be permanent).

So, I just red all the stories (of honnestly 99% of people in this website) living through bad acne, and ending up with small hollows on the skin which some are even aesthetic...like look at how brian turner healed up even though his breakout was the most horrible ever (that's really cool for him, as he deserves it)

The problem is...personnally I had a really rare condition and I had these scars since a year...and I'll live with permanent and real serious red scars for the rest of my life.
So, even in the acne community, I'll be one of the very very rare person, having to deal with really noticeable scars for the rest of his life.

Anyway, just asking if some people felt the same way...

But when I talk about feeling alone, it's most of all, in the world. I feel like god put me put me away from any other people,
because of 2 things :

-->First, personnally, in my relatives, people have 0 understanding of the fact that acne causing permanent scars  is one of the most horrible situation you can  live. But many people are absolutely crazy. Like they stand in front of a guy full of stuff that slowly destroy his face and simply answer stuff like "it's okay, it's not that a big deal"...
So at the end of the day, you live through absolute hell, and you are treated like somebody that just making a big deal out of nothing...
In the same time, girls that found you attractive find you disgusting and in general, people treat you completely differently, but having a horrible skin is just a mental thing apparently , it's alright. It means some people don't even understand their own minds....(they wouldn't even consider dating a person with acne for example, as it just subconsciously repulses them)
So, you live with permanent suicidal thoughts and you can even focus on a project because you just don't want to be here anymore.

-->And second, because 99.99 of people have totally clear skin...which is crazy.

Sorry for the big post but I didn't say half of what I've on my mind...;)

you dont have to live like this,if you can do something to reduce the appearance or heal it up as much as possible, did you ever consider it?

Thank you for wanting to giving help dude.

As a black skinned, with severe scars, yes I did consider the options. And there are none.

I'm scarred for life, and the only thing I could do is slightly improve it, which I don't care.

I know people don't realize some people are scarred for life, and we are very limited in terms of technology for black people.

Honestly, I know you want to help,  but please don't talk to me about no treatments, like I said I went to dermarologists, specialists, who admitted me they couldn't do nothing for me.

That's something even more frustrating when people don't want to accept some people are disfigured for life, and there are no options for them. If we could fix any skin damage, there wouldn't be nobody living with disfigured face due to acid attacks right?

Acne scars suck, but I hope you can take some comfort in knowing that you're not the only one who suffers from them and you're in company of people here who many feel your pain. Keep your chin up... they're coming out with new innovative treatments every day, so maybe in the near future there will be a better treatment for them. That's what keeps me going anyway. Until then, I just try to look at it as "character".  I have dated guys with tons of acne scars and it never bothered me or made me feel they weren't attractive, so just know that it isn't going to matter to everyone you meet as far as your attractiveness goes. Also, my husbands two deep pock marks on his face are two of my favorite features lol ... I don't quite know why.
