Diet

I have read lots of advice online about what you should and shouldn't eat. I became a pescatarian (someone who doesn't eat meat, but eats fish)  a little over two weeks now. I am eating a lot of oily fish like salmon. Also I have started taking spirulina, raspberry leaf and flaxseed. My skin hasn't improved that much but it's only early days. However, I have noticed that i'm feeling a lot less tired recently, even though I have around 10-12 hours per night. If anyone knows of any foods that help acne that would be much appreciated.
