Hi, I eat a balanced diet with whole grains, fruits, lean protein and lots of water. I change my pillowcases every night and have a different towel to wash my face with every other day. I cleanse twice a day and moisturize. I don't eat anything with added sugar or junk food, no dairy, no peanuts and only low sugar fruits such as strawberries. I avoid gluten and mange stress well. I sleep 7- 8 hours most nights . Why do I still have bad acne ?
