I can’t remember the last time I went a whole week without getting at least 1 new pimple. So, is this just a coincidence or can accutane really start working that fast? Could be both, accutane usually takes a tad longer to take full effect... even up to 3 months to supress it all. Depends on individual. Since you are talking pimples, it doesn't seem you have extreme acne that fails all other treatments- means you should not be on this at all. Accutane is dangerous, and you can end up messed up for life. In deadly cancer, and very extreme acne, it may be justified, but others should think well. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
