Is it ok if i just wash my face with water after workout?

I have a oily and acne prone skin so i wash my face 2 times in a day.
1 at morning 7.00am with neutrogena deep clean facial cleanser, neutrogena oil free moisturiser and ultra sheer spf 50 + sunblock.

2 at night before bed with cleanser and moisturiser..
i saw at net tht you need to wash u r face qith cleanser after workout as sweat will clog dirt in u r pores and cause irritation. My concern is tht i might over dry my skin by washing 3 times with cleanser and cause breakout. So can someone just tell me what to do plz? 
Also i use lemon at night after cleanser as an astringent and to reduce red blemish that have on cheeks... can any 1 also suggest me some technique or diy thing tht i can use to get rid of blemish?.
