Deep acne scars

Strong tethered stuff there, mix but mostly boxcar, some rolling in the mix.

release the tethers with subcision, might take a multiple treatments,to release the tethers that hold the skin down and raise the scar to treat with alternate method.

filler to fill the pockets when the skin is released to stop the skin tetethering or suction/chinese cupping is an alternate method.

we want to release skin tethers and pop the skin out and get collagen to fill the pocket out.tje collagen grows as filler degrades then the scar returns but with improvement.so we do same tteatment again, subcise and fill or cup,we want to wait at least 6 weeks between treatment, even up to 3 months.

when we got the skin more normal and at a more flatter plain compared to the rest of your skin we want to stimulate collagen and smoothen out the skin.

rf microneedling i have no experience with but it is supposed to be good.alternatively theres at home needling devices but dont use a dermaroller and tca peeling at medium strength.

would be nice if you can keep coming back and document your progress with pics?

These don't look to be "deep" acne scars, they are more surface oriented.

Quad gave good advice.

Sub and filler, top up as needed when it goes away.

RF microneedling (several treatments).

Acid peels for texture (several). Erbium resurfacing is also another option if you need more results, but had worse side effects than peels.

I have deep acne scars. Can someone or professionals suggest me the best treatment to treat my acne scars?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest TCA Cross. I recall this guy with very similar scars who detailed his self-administered TCA Cross treatment. They turned out unbelievably good.

TCA cross is useful for icepick scars. The OP seems to have boxcars and rolling scars.

That's true but the quote is referring to an experiment on a boxcar, there seems to be results

Also I might add that you should think out of the box once in a while and not follow everything from a script word for word, even though the consensus around here is often in favor of the latter. :smileys_n_people_30:

Your advice could easily destroy this person's face and make their situation ten times worse. It's dangerous, how do you not get that?

Exactly. And he should go and see a reputable board certified dermatologist that specialises in scar revision.

Right...because you are qualified in scar revision? Sounds like incorrect advice to me.

Some of them might respond perfectly to tca cross, some might not.from person to person you can get dramatic results to nothing.

idea with tca cross is to dab the tca in 1 go into the bed of the scar although i know from experience the edges sometimes get hit, regardless you should still get result.

so we want a relatively small scar to start off with.so lets say the op was to try some cross,i would suggest that they cut off the end of a toothpick,if that cannot dab inside the scar and nearly occupy the bed if it,then personaly i would say forget it.ontop that they are asian if i am not wrong so they want to avoid pigment issues.

so smaller scars ok as long as pick and boxcar, well defined edges, not rolling.

the ops scars look shallow, theres some moderate depth there but theres quite a bit of roll on some of them and they are not good candidates.if you cross something thats got a lot of roll to it,you create a nore smoother rolling scar rather than do any lifting/shrinking.

There are distinct boxcars with well-defined edges shown in the first pic. Maybe she could spot test one of those with TCA Cross. Anyway, merely sitting on your hands and speculating what could or could not be ain't going to solve anything (even though some folks come here to do just that).
