I m a chronic addicted masturbator since i was 6 (i m 42 now) and some say that excessive masturbation like mine (i masturbate and ejaculate at least 7-8 times every day - i m a severe case) causes cystic acne. Is that true?

While there isnt much good evidence for masturbation causing acne, there are some who think that excessive masturbation can contribute to the acne problem. When a male is aroused, his testosterone increases, and we know that hormonal levels can certainly exacerbate acne. In addition, theres a possibility that zinc deficiency can have something to do with acne, and when a man ejaculates, he loses around 0.56 mgs of zinc through his semen output. So even though excessive masturbation probably isnt completely causing your acne, its possible that it could be making the acne slightly worse... but I cant say for sure and I dont know if anyone really can.
