My b5 log.

I'm 18 years old.

I can't say I see results. I was taking only 6g per day, from yesturday I'm on 8g.

My skin is still very very oily. Especially my forehead. In the last 1 month my skin is 50% less oily, but I think it is because I drink 5x more water, over 8 glasses a day, not becouse of b5.

WATER IS VARY GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN AND IT WILL HELP(probably) YOUR ACNE BY SOME POINT , it can't hurt!!

Only thing I can say is, that in places my acne are mild (hands, back ect.) I see some improvements, my hands are almost clear. Water, time or b5, who knows

:-) ?

So I will keep this log to let you know is it working or not.

Formula is very simple : less oil --> less acne over some time.

So if I see my oil is decreasing my acne should to through some period of time.

I have some questions: How soon should I see oil sown (MUCH !!!)? I am afraid that it want work better that it is working now, my skin is too much oily.

Shouldn't vitamins be taken with food? I think body simply flush b5 out if we don't take it with food, is this correct?

My eng. is not perfect, but I think you will understand it all.

Next post in 2 days. I measure my oily in period of 8 hours (school day)

After only 2-3 days my oil decreased more on 8g.

My skin is still too much oily, but it is working.

Are you just taking B5 alone? no b-complex and biotin? Use something like acnemiracle's or evolution-x's
