So water & moisturizer with spf for my red marks - didn't know. Got ya! Thanks for the advice :-)

Time is the best medicine for red marks but drinking a lot of water + moisturizing (with spf) seemed to help people. I always drink a lot of water anyway so I can't tell you if there is actually 100% difference but it makes sense because skin is non-stop hydrated. Sun and other uv lights can make red marks even darker/more visible, thats why morning moisturizer should be with sun protection. This is just additional help for greater and/or faster results, not something that would work by itself. Time heals all the wounds as they say. :P

Week 17th

Hello! So these are the pictures... The texture of my skin is super nice. I hate blemishes tho, but that's not the function of (ro)accutane. I've been dealing with the pimple I posted a pic for a few days, ehhh, hope that bump or whatever it is will go away soon.

I've been definitely bad over the weekend, ate some chocolate and mayonnaise. :smileys_n_people_45: Going to derm this week.

Looking very good! Glad we're over with the IB stage. Your red marks are flat like mine, but you can apply makeup! Jealous |::mad:|::D
Now we just have to wait for all those marks to fade.  Brighter days are coming. :smileys_n_people_26:

Hey guys. It was my 18th week yesterday, but everything is pretty much the same, so I thought there's no need to update, but then last night my smart ass decided to pop a pimple that wasn't even a pimple and I made a mess. I have no idea what to do now, except wait for the miracle  :D

Before popping..

Somehow the whole day yesterday and even before popping my face became so red and not the same. I went outside with only moisturizer I don't think it had any spf.

Can someone please tell me what to do with this? As I previously told you I popped it, you can see it on a pic, but it's like this few days later, it's really bugging me.

Nothing really. Just wait and it will fix itself with time. And next time try not to forcefully squeeze :smileys_n_people_29:
Looking good overall :smileys_n_people_83:

@kvn88 patience is the key, huh:D

My pores are so open, annoying, same with you?

Not sure what do you mean with 'open'?
I have 100% smooth face, red marks visible under very certain lights, but 3/4 of the time it looks clear now. Comparing to your results I'm about 2-3 weeks ahead of you. By that I mean that I'm now where you will be in 2-3 weeks probably. Red marks will fade noticeably.
I also maybe get 1-2 new spots per week but they aren't even worth mentioning because they are very different than when I had IB. Now they are very very very tiny and gone very fast.

Put a blob of moisturiser on it each night and leave it overnight until it heals :smileys_n_people_32: That's what I used to do when I was scared of getting a keloid scar or just a scar in general!

Week 22

Everything is basically the same. Sorry for bad pics, I had a stressful day yesterday, maybe you can see that on my face, but I wanted to update.

I'll update you this week again, with better pics. :)

Woohoo, big thanks to the team of acne.org who fixed my problem. ^_^

Had my test taken today & tomorrow I have my appointment with derm. You have no idea how much I can't wait to start with therapy for my scars. Right now, my face is like 95% clear. I can feel maybe two bumps, nothing special, but I do have scars, as you can see. 25 more days! I will have some extra pills, so I will ask her tomorrow if I can drink them as well or I'll stop on March 26th.

Here are some pics from this morning. Feeling a little bit better. :D
