So I have these flesh colored bumps all over my forehead. I have been applying nizoral for 2 weeks with no effect, so I figured it cant be follulitiois. I did further research and saw that people had a problem with St. Ives apocrot scrub. I have been using that for the past month everyday, 2x a day. As soon as a stopped, these bumps appeared all over my forehead. My forehead is rough like sandpaper (Im sure the nizoral hasnt helped). They are extremely noticeable in sun light. I also noticed small holes on my forehead also. Any help as to how to get rid of the bumps and heal this?

Will the bumps go away with that?
I never had these bumps before. In fact, last time I had acne I was like 15. Im 20 now. I started working out and producing 4-6 sits and paniced. I started using different srubs and stuff to keep my face clean. Thats when I used the St. Ives Scrub. I ask used benzoyl peroxide every night on my forehead (10%). I would carelessly put it on and go to sleep. It cleared up the acne but now
I have this. I would rather have the zitsnow

I havent put anything on my face for about 2 weeks except nizoral. The bumps havent gone away at all. You think they might just heal on there own and go down?

Its also only in the middle of my forehead. Not on my temples or anything. Not even in the middle of the forehead where my nose it. Its only above/ in my eyebrows and the middle of my forehead. Even my hairline doesnt have bumps. I think its in all the places I scrubbed and applied have BP 10% too.
