I suffer from tiny bumps on 
my forehead, temples and cheeks but the bumps are most prominent on my temples and cheeks. I have tried EVERYTHING. Topicals and oral medicines from the derm, spent tons of money on store bought products such as cleansers and exfoliators, tried nizoral, tried oil cleansing, changed hair products, and spent countless hours trying to get rid of these. You name it I™ve tried it They are not like clogged pores or milla, just tiny bumps. I also have a lot of post inflamototy hyperpigmentation as well. Any solutions? Thanks
