whats the best way to see yourself?

Ok so I took a picture of myself at home with my digital camera and I looked great my face was awesome but then in school I looked in the mirror and saw the complete opposite of the picture my face was pretty bad so how do I really know what people see when they look at me do I believe the picture or believe my eyes? does anybody have any other ways to see your face where it will look the same everywhere

good question! i feel like that all the time. my sister says it because i have a bad self-image. personally, sounds true but i'm not so sure what to think...

i have found that to happen many times too... i think it's mostly due to the different lightings in different situations... i find that yellowish light is the absolute worst! gentle lighting (like in those bathrooms at classy hotels or restaurants ^.<) are really good~ and for me, i try to apply makeup near natural sunlight if im going to be outdoors

i guess there's nothing much we can do about how pple see us anyways, despite knowing that... except try to get under good lighting >.<
