You know this material in the brochure you can download says not to be used with anyone who has a history of acne or scarring right and can cause further scarring. It's not fat it's a matrix with a little dead fat tissue (lipo left overs) which is dissolved by the body as a foreign substance. It does not have your own bodies stem cells or heal factors. Use your own fat if you go this route, the cost is almost the same maybe a thousand or two less.
