Do you get them in your beard area or on your scalp?asking because you might not have acne,you might but might not.what you got might be something like folliculitus.

to start off with i suggest before you do anything go to your dr and get it looked at and be sure to get some anti biotics,flucloxacillin is strong penecillin based and theres lymecycline or some other type,just be sure to get some.

take the course and see what happens before you start messing with topicals.
