Subcision - NOKOR, -3 sessions, with our without saline or PRP.Your specialist will know how much tethering there is and how much fibrous banding there is. If there are lots- good news, if not, swap the NOKOR to a 30g and use an HA Filler - Juvederm Volbella, Boletero, Restylane etc.... Another option is GOOD Infini settings and subcision in the one sitting. People got to understand that scars are 3 dimensional . Why do doctors still hit scars from on top, lasers, microneedling etc... all vertical. They need to go vertical and horizontal for the best results. It is not the patient's fault, its industry driven as scar revision manually i.e.. subcision takes some anatomical knowledge and skill sets. ... and its much easier to sell 'technology' . I am not against the very latest in lasers, or RF devices, just take it to 3 dimensions, XYZ axis... the simple fact of acne scar revision. Dude ... your scars with respect are easy to treat, you just need to find the right person. You can take it to another level with 80 % improvement from what you already have. Remember, its the correct specialist behind the procedure that will take you there....

You have mainly Box cars, some ice picks, and a few rolling scars.
Scars are never one and done, often you treat over a 3 year time, depending on availability/down time. I see you have done one each of the procedures. You need 4or more to start seeing some results. Collagen is slow to build and repair. I don't know that filler is appropriate ask your Dr, ... Filler does well with scars a pencil eraser in depth or more, otherwise you will get bumps.
Do a few more treatments of Infini RF.
TCA Cross is great for icepick scarring (you will need a few).
Once you bring up the pits, as Obi wan said then your work with texture resurfacing, I like a sedated deep TCA peel for this or multiple medium strength TCA peels to finish off things.
@scarsmashYou can try, low down time, equals lower results. Subcision can be done while in school if planned around your schedule. Derminator is great, but it will probably give you a minimal percentage of improvement on that scar type. Maybe we can be lucky here. Something is better than nothing right to break up that scar tissue. I would also use retin a or tretinorin which will help with cell turnover.
@beautifulambition- i ended up getting subcision with filler today, feeling pretty swollen. the doc used about 75% of the product, so i plan on going back again for any touchups or removals. do you guys have any tips and steps i can take to optimize the collagen reformation process for the upcoming few days?
Oh no haha, I often say wait on filler until the swelling goes down a bit (after sub) otherwise they cannot fill properly. They can top up with the remaining filler. Collagen will automatically form if you got filler in the subcision pockets. You can always eat gelatin, meats, nuts, and Collagen enhancing supplements. Moisturize and drink water, ... sunscreen.

@beautifulambitionI definitely saw some improvement with the filler, maybe like 25 to 50%. While the filler is in my face, is it okay to use the derminator? If so, what depth should i use?
@scarsmash 1-1.5mm, just be careful if you have any reactions etc. Yes you can do more subcision and filler when that wears off. It takes time.
