White dots when cysts are picked ?

Recommended Posts

I'm confused . I have cystic acne in a few places (always the same, oddly) and I can't stop trying to squeeze/pop them. I use a diabetic needle to open them, let it bleed , squeeze the clear sticky liquid. When I get to the red open wound , it's 'wet' and has weird white dots - what are they ? I try to pull them sometimes. I use charcoal masks overnight , the area where the cysts are gets darker (looks and feels wet). Then it isn't as raised under the skin but I begin to squeeze again. Sometimes white wet stuff (not typical pimple pus) comes out  I use sulfur, tea tree oil, charcoal and zinc. Takes a while but they will go away , then give a dark scar. Then I will feel under the skin a tiny bump so instead of not touching it, I begin the stupid squeezing again. Should I get these cut out? Or an injection?
