I'm 21 suffering constant pimples from cystic pimples, i go through times when it's okay then really bad. Normally I just accept the fact that it'll never get better but this time I'd like to change, I have oily to combination skin, I use nude by nature make up and use Sukin face products for cleasing, open to any suggestions on the best way to clear pimples, (swelling, redness,scars) thanks in advance 
Cystic acne does not respond very well to OTC acne products. You can get a prescription for Benzamycin which is an antibacterial topical solution that is formulated with benzoyl peroxide. Cystic acne is mainly handled by antibiotics both oral and topical. Because it can lead to scarring it is best to be seen by a dermatologist for this type of severe acne.
