Hello! This is my first post on this forum.
My acne has been controlled for two years but I still have severe acne scars. I don't expect anything but having at LEAST as many scars on temples as on my forehead I'd be happy with.
I've been doing a few weeks of research and am at a fence between either subcision from Dr. Novick or having something multilayered like Dr Philip Young's intense acne vitalizer (subcision, abalative laser, etc).
Has anyone been to either doctor? What percentage of improvement did you see in your scars over a year's time? Did you have to go to multiple treatments (monthly or yearly).
Or for those who have had laser or subcision (or both) to improve scars, which for your type of scars proved most effective for you?

I have been answering several questions on the temple rolling / box cars tonight ;-P Dr. Rullan is good in San Diego,CA and Dr. Novick in NYC. I have not heard good things from Dr. Young lately. Your best treatment would be subcision, TCA spot peels, and Infini RF or Vivance Microneedle done. It will take several treatments, you can spread over a few years if you wish. TCA peels you can get done locally.
