What type of treatment should I be seeking for these scars?

So I've contacted 6 different dermatologists and send them the pictures of my scars, and I've noticed that each one simply suggested the treatment that they were advertising on their website, as each of them seemed to only offer one type of treatment for scars. One suggested a derma roller, another suggested fraxel, another suggested TCA cross, another said 'don't bother you won't see any significant improvement', another suggested subcision and another suggested fillers.

As the dermatologist would simply recommend whichever one treatment they are selling on their website, I'm left looking for a more objective suggestion on which technique would be most suitable for these types of scars. I was thinking of trying the TCA CROSS first, as it was cheaper, and then attempting fraxel afterwards if there was anything left, but honestly, I'm not really sure what I'm doing, and if attempting one treatment first would make another treatment less effective later on.

I know that the scars are minor, I was still thinking of getting them treated though.

they don't even categorize as minor.

Get a TCA peel, you can tca cross the large pores. your scars are very minor and any big procedure could make your skin worse which is almost perfect. If your set on something clear and brilliant laser is good for pores.

There's more to lose than gain by doing anything frankly. This does not even register as minor, please see what some are dealing with here.

I wouldn't treat. The risk/reward isn't there for you. Skin looks good man.

you literally have 11/10 skin, but if youre that worried then maybe see a facialist and what they have to offer.

I get that you want your skin to be perfect. But what you're concerned about really is trivial.
