Ive had this faint but noticeable redness around my face for several years now (roughly 5) and I have no clue what it can be or the cause/treatment. It is in no way itchy or irritated or raised; it just looks like redness blotches with tiny little veins red showing through on my face. The redness is mostly around the nose, chin, and cheeks. The redness has neither gone down or deteriorated. Any ideas? Thank you
