These are ice pick scars and unfortunately, nothing can get rid of them except a TCA peel or Cross. It can be done at home but going to the dermatologist is advisable. Honestly, maybe pore filler primers can cover them up.

Figure treatment will take A year or two, you will need several. IF you would rather your doc or medspa do them thats ok too.
