that looks like post acne marks. i would recommend doing a search here, there is some ways to lighten/heal these marks.
-just so you know, normal acne treatments like BP cream will slow down the healing process and make these marks stay around longer.

Hello Sarah! I have been having some similar challenges in my cheek area on my face. I started using St. Ives Green Tea Scrub with Salicylic Acne Medication that contains 1% as an active ingredient. The exfoliation level is Moderate. For first time user, start using once a day. If your skin starts to get a sign of irritation, discard immediately. Great For Oily/Combination skin type.
