I would just try to limit it as much as you can. If you consume dairy protein shakes to build muscle, then just try to substitute dairy elsewhere for a non-dairy milk. If you know that the dairy is what is causing your breakouts, then there's no real "cure" to counteract it other than just limiting your intake so that you don't consume too much. I try to use a combination of dairy and non-dairy products so that I'm not eating too much. For instance I like regular milk in my cereal, but I use an almond-milk creamer for my daily coffee. As long as you are eating a healthy diet otherwise, drink lots of water and take care of yourself that should be enough.
There has to be a way... The reason why dairy trigger out acne is IGF-1 that it is directly linked with our sebaceous glands.
If I wouldn't have too "sensible" sebaceous glands it would not trigger out.
I will find a way how to cure my acne then I will come back to share with you.
