I'm trying to do the same.  I've read that certain masks and scrubs will help, but who knows  If you find anything that helps let me know!  

really hard to minimize pores unless you use accutane or lasers. a way you can "temporarily" reduce the size is by using toner or using products that reduces oil/dries out skin.
