What a lot of people fail to realize is that acne is a disease that's diagnosed by a doctor! There's a large difference between breakouts/ pimples and having acne. It doesn't appear that you have acne, it more so looks like a breakout. I would recommend you use either some benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Make sure to use a gentle cleanser (morning/ night) along with a non-comedogenic moisturizer. Also sunscreen in the am to protect your skin from UV Rays which can darken scars/hyperpigmentation!
Come on! that's not serious acne
Why is every one suggesting benzoyl peroxide for first step here? and for such small thing?
I'm not a doctor, but seems weird to suggest a chemical product for this.
I'm not a pro but if you wan't my opinion, I suggest:
- Drinking lemon juice with warm water first thing when you wake up.
- Not touching your face.
- Drinking more water daily (seriously, just water, not coke etc).
- Don't eat fast food , pizza, greasy food.
- Lower sugar consumption.
- Clean your face with gentle cleanser before using tea-tree oil as well.
See if it goes better in a few days.
