i got this small bumps all over my forehead, and i tried using cetaphil cleanser but it doest really help. the bumps on my forehead has a hole on top of it, and inside the pimple theres like a white oily crystal please help. i really want to get rid of this. as a teenager it makes me so consious about my face. i feel ugly 
hi! what I recommend is a raw honey/tea tree oil mask. You can search it up on google or youtube, theres a lot of instructions/tutorials there. let me know if it works! both ingredients aren't pricey and work well (naturally). Don't worry about your bumps! You are the only person that is holding yourself back. A lot of your bumps don't have white heads, so that's a good thing. Make sure to drink lots of water, don't touch your face, and get plenty of sleep.
