Constantly break out in one area of my face and never goes away

Recommended Posts

That's the only area I break out, I drink tons of water, no milk, recently no gluten, I have some anxiety and depression from it, I don't know what I could do wrong. Just out benzoyl peroxide on it, wash with an apricot scrub.PLEASE HELPP!!!

Apricot scrub can be your problem its highly irritating to scrub a active pimple you might be making it worse let it run its course turn into a white head let it harden and fall off. If it did become a white head and you kept acrubbing the pus sack all your doing is spreading it around that area causing more pimples. So just let it root out.

The apricot scrub is probably irritating it more. You should only exfoliate once a week. Try a gentle soap like add Bronners peppermint soap, and moisturize with organic coconut oil. That should to the trick:)

Also if the benzoyl peroxide isn't working, try using sea buckthorn oil as a spot treatment. It worked wonders for me!
