Hi all!
New user here 
I recently turned 26 and started to break out along my jaw line and my upper neck. I never have broken out like this before and I am looking for any advice to treat it.
Also, does this warrant a trip to a dermatologist? Or should I be able to control it over the counter?

Your acne looks kinda similar to mine, and i'm 26 years old as well.
From your picture, it seems like you have mostly red spots that are kind of under the skin, and i believe that's mostly hormonal.
If this is all the acne you have on your face, i think you would be able to control it with over the counter products. From your picture, it looks like the rest of your face is clear.
