I'm 20, and my acne seems to worsen as I age. Growing up, I had a few breakouts here and there, but they clear up. However, when I turned 18, my skins condition was at its worst. I break out all the time and it's really hurting my self esteem. I just want clear skin again....

Im female bodybuilder so I eat extremely healthy and I avoid dairy products as it just seemed to worsen my skin.

Is my acne severe as I think it is? Or will they clear up beautifully with months? So far, all I see are inflamed red marks and a few purple spots on my cheeks and chin.
