It started out with 3 bumps and spread to more. It's been about two months and they haven't gone away, only spread more. Can't pop them, doesn't feel like any things in them and sometimes I think they're itchy but maybe that's in my head. My family doctor prescribed me triamcinolone incase it's some sort of dermatitis or eczema and says if it doesn't clear up we'll try something for folliculitis next.. any opinions? Will this ever go away? 
The really red spots were actually zits I think. I do have semi problem skin and the occasional break out. Wish I could get a better picture. Would love opinions and tips. Trying not to put makeup on it but will have to mid next week and switched my clean and clear to simple face wash.
