I've been having these for about two years but before it was hardly noticeable so I didn't really mind. But now they've spread to my cheeks,nose and forehead.And it looks kind of like chicken skin.My friends say it might be due to sweat.they're not itchy or anything they're just there. I've tried many facewashes but none of them seem to help.if you know what causes this and have any treatment suggestions I'd be happy to hear them.thanks.
