I have these small sized bumps like a lot of them on my forehead and cheek area.they kind of look like facial yeast or some sort of facial fungus and ive been trying to get rid of it and i absolutely hate it.can someone help me get rid of these bumps here is a example

Hello had same problem too sucks right.Dont use lemon or anything acidic on u r promblem. I used tomatoes pulp on my face for half and hour a day and cuecumber to it helps an it will take 1 week hopefully but now I have long straight hair on my forehead so I don't really do but it will help and take a showers at nights so u won't have any breakouts when u wake up hope I help
