Hello, I am from Russia. Sorry for my spelling. I tried laser treatment (Erbium laser) multiple times (with 3 month delay between each procedure)

1. It is my face on the next days after last treatment.

2. It is after 10 days. Looks better than it was. Unfortunately I did not make shots before the laser treatment.

3. It is my face 9 month later. The procedure is absolutely not helped. The effect is zero.

What else do you advise me to try?

unlucky bro, its so brutal how the swelling makes you legit get excited i remember dancing around i had so much energy when i saw my skin improve only to realise it was just swelling.

at least yours didnt get worse...

although i do think you could get a better result with other laser types

Fraxel repair full strength would probably be the next step. Already many threads for it on this forum.

Some of those scars look pretty deep (Possible fat loss?). Doubt laser will do a whole lot for it.

i lifted my deep scars as much as possible before trying ablative lasers for texture. After the swelling goes down and the skin goes back to normal, the collagen rebuilding process should begin, which takes many months. However it looks ineffective for you.

There really aren't many options. Stronger laser, subcision, fillers.

Should have had several subcisionsfirst then finished it off with an ablative laser or combo.

Several subcisions + suction and fillers is the way to go. Your surface texture doesn't look too bad, which is what lasers are for. Good luck!

Thanks all for your suggestions! I have suggested to try subcisions. I will post result here. Thanks again!

Look into TCA Cross along with subcision.
