I went on accutane with my skins looking around the same, If nothing else has worked I would highly recommend it.
I went on accutane 2 years ago for 6 months, It will usually get worse before better but that is with all acne treatments! there is no overnight fix!. But trust me in 2-3 months you will be so happy you went on it, it changed my life. Do not read into all the bad things that can happen too much, just see how you react to it. My only side effects were dry mouth and chapped lips and the initial breakout which lasted maybe a week. 2 years later my skin is clear and I am so happy I went on it.

If you start accutane soon your skin will be mostly likely clear by fall/end of summer. just dont give up on accutane.

Go low dose. Do not go high.
