Has anyone ever had a random bright red acne mark just show up all of a sudden, but there is no inflammation, no bump, and no pain? It is relatively small, but I would say very red and noticeable. Was this just an active pimple that had a very short lifespan and now it is a post acne red mark or PIH? Thanks
