Tracking Information

Hi, I ordered the Acne.org regimen 4 days ago and my shipping status says "shipped". When I went to the button that says "track my shipment" its says tracking information is not available for this item. I would like to know if my package has actually been sent off or does ground shipping not have tracking available, thank you.
